Limited Warranty

• Duration: 12 months from date of purchase for rechargeable devices and charging accessories; Disposable devices covered against manufacturing defects on arrival (DOA).
• Scope: Materials and workmanship defects under normal, intended use.
• Remedy: At our option, repair, replacement with new or refurbished unit, or refund where required by law.

• PCB/Power regulation faults, coil assembly defects.
• Battery pack defects (non-user induced).
• Manufacturing tolerances causing functional failure (e.g., contact misalignment, latch failure).

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches or dents.
• Misuse, modification, liquid ingress beyond design limits, impact, exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Third-party accessories or fluids causing damage; non-approved charging methods.
• Consumables (e.g., pods, wicks, flavors) after normal use life.
• Products with altered/removed serials or proof of purchase missing.

1. Prepare documents: purchase proof, product serial/lot, photos or a brief video of the issue.
2. Contact us: submit via Contact form or email hello@blackoxtech.com.
3. Evaluation: our team may ask for additional diagnostics or an RMA return.
4. Resolution: upon approval we’ll repair/replace, or refund where applicable.

• Order number / receipt, purchase date, and retailer name.
• Model and color; serial/lot number (on device or packaging).
• Issue description and troubleshooting tried; clear photos/video.
• Return address and contact phone (for logistics if RMA needed).

• Retail purchases: some regions require claims via original retailer. We’ll coordinate if needed.
• Cross-border: replacements may vary by local regulations, finishes, or stock availability.
• Statutory rights: this warranty is in addition to rights granted by local law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black OX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Remedies under this warranty are your exclusive remedies, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
